Prices listed on this website (such as the Starter and Business plans) are indicative starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, features, and requirements, and will be confirmed with you before work begins. Custom projects are quoted individually.

4. Payment

Payment terms, including any advance and milestone payments, will be agreed upon with each client prior to project commencement. Work will typically begin only after the agreed advance payment is received.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any necessary access (such as domain or hosting credentials) required to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

6. Technical Support

Where stated, 12 months of technical support is provided following project launch, covering bug fixes and minor technical issues related to the delivered website. This does not include new feature development, unless separately agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and code developed specifically for the client is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party licenses, stock assets, or open-source components used, which remain subject to their own licenses.

8. Portfolio Display

Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, DEV NOCTIS may showcase completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

DEV NOCTIS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website, including but not limited to loss of business or data, except where required by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

Our websites may integrate third-party services such as WhatsApp, hosting providers, or analytics tools. Use of these services is subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies.
